🇺🇸 so today I made Angi’s favourite: A pancake roll from one egg, oatmeal and cinnamon, filled with homemade peanut butter. For fruit she has plums and I added a snack of feta cheese with extra virgin olive oil and high fibre bran cracker.
🇬🇷 λοιπόν σήμερα έφτιαξα το αγαπημένο της Άντζι: Ένα ρολό τηγανίτας από ένα αυγό, βρώμη και κανέλα, γεμιστό με σπιτικό φυστικοβούτυρο. Για φρούτα έβαλα δαμάσκηνα και πρόσθεσα ένα σνακ φέτα με ελαιόλαδο και κράκερ Τσανος υψηλής περιεκτικότητας σε φυτικές ίνες.
🇷🇴 Așadar, astăzi am făcut preferata lui Angi: o clătită dintr-un ou, fulgi de ovăz și scorțișoară, umplută cu unt de arahide de casă. Ca fructe, ea am pus prune, si am adăugat o gustare de brânză feta cu ulei de măsline extravirgin și cracker din tărâțe, bogați în fibre.

 

🇺🇸 High fibre bran cracker Tsanos, tomato juice, extra virgin olive oil and oregano, feta cheese and olives. Homemade energy ball with dry figs & dates, skinless almonds, cinnamon, sesame & flaxseeds (trimmed), celtic salt & oatmeal. Plums. Plus Greek yoghurt with honey and walnuts.
🇬🇷 Κράκερ Τσάνος, χυμός ντομάτας, ελαιόλαδο και ρίγανη, φέτα και ελιές. Σπιτική ενεργειακή μπάλα με σύκα και χουρμάδες, αμύγδαλα, κανέλα, σουσάμι και λιναρόσπορο (τρίμμα), κέλτικο αλάτι και βρώμη. Δαμάσκηνα. Επιπλέον, γιαούρτι με μέλι και καρύδια.
🇷🇴 Bran cracker cu rosii rase, ulei de masline, feta și oregano și masline. Iaurt grecesc cu miere si nuci. Prune și biluță cu amestec de smochine, curmale, scortisoara, sare, seminte de in și susan măcinate, ovăz și nuci.
🇺🇸 So today is the last school day and I made her favourite: Crete style skiufihta semolina pasta, with extra virgin olive oil and Greek yogurt sauce topped with feta cheese. For dessert we have apple slices with homemade crunchy peanut butter (she tried it at school and I just had to make it for her).
🇬🇷 Σήμερα λοιπόν είναι η τελευταία μέρα του σχολείου και της έφτιαξα το αγαπημένο της: σκιουφιχτά με σάλτσα απο ελαιόλαδο και γιαούρτι & με φέτα. Για επιδόρπιο έχουμε φέτες μήλου με σπιτικό τραγανό φυστικοβούτυρο (το δοκίμασε στο σχολείο και έπρεπε να της το φτιάξω)
🇷🇴 Azi am pregătit preferatele lui Angi: paste cretane de griș skiufihta cu sos din ulei de măsline și iaurt grecesc plus feta și felii de măr cu unt de arahide crocant pe care l-am pregătit de curand.

La mic dejun a avut iaurt grecesc cu o biluta de casă (amestec în robotul de bucatarie smochine, curmale, nuci, sare, cacao, scortisoara, ovaz, și susan + semințe de in măcinate).
